100% Italian artisan honey

Our Italian artisan honeys come from local beekeepers who work with respect for their bees and the land. Every honey is unpasteurised, free from additives and produced without antibiotics or pesticides.

  • Acacia – mild and light, slow to crystallise: the most versatile
  • Wildflower – balanced and fragrant, the classic
  • Chestnut – dark, slightly bitter and long-lasting
  • Linden – floral with a fresh note, lovely in herbal tea
  • Sunflower – sweet and quick to crystallise: perfect for spreading
  • Ivy – rare, with an intense aroma
  • Forest – dark and rich, made from honeydew

The collection also includes 100% Italian bee pollen and propolis tincture.

A pairing to try: chestnut or acacia honey with aged cheese and a few shavings of fresh truffle.
