Artisan Chestnut Honey

Our Chestnut Honey (Miele di Castagno) is produced by bees foraging among the chestnut woods of the Italian Apennines. Deep amber-brown in colour, it is one of the most distinctive and intense honeys in the Italian tradition.

Powerful and complex on the nose with notes of chestnut flower, tannin and wood. On the palate it has a bold, slightly bitter character that makes it the ideal partner for aged cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino, Gorgonzola), charcuterie and red meats.
