SHIPPING METHODS

Orders will be processed as soon as payment is authorized and items are available.
Shipping costs can be checked once items have been added to the cart.

Any local taxes, import duties, and/or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
Orders are shipped via express couriers and, when required, in special refrigerated containers.


FRESH TRUFFLE SHIPPING

Orders containing fresh truffles will be processed exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, depending on the final destination.
This procedure is adopted to ensure maximum freshness of the product and to avoid the risk of spoilage in case of courier delays or misrouting during weekends or public holidays.
