SHIPPING METHODS

As soon as payment has been authorized and the items are available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs can be checked once the cart has been loaded.
Any local taxes, import duties and/or customs clearance fees are the Customer's responsibility.
Orders are shipped via express couriers, in dedicated refrigerated packaging.


SHIPPING OF FRESH TRUFFLES AND PERISHABLE PRODUCTS


Orders containing fresh truffles, cheese or truffle-based cured meats are shipped exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, depending on the final destination.
This policy ensures maximum product freshness and avoids the risk of spoilage in case of courier delays or lost parcels over public holidays or weekends.

For shipments outside Italy (European Union and Switzerland), if the cart contains fresh truffles, cheese or truffle-based cured meats, only Express shipping will be available, to guarantee faster delivery times and preserve product freshness. This restriction does not apply to Italy: Standard shipping always remains available.

SWITZERLAND

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: € 35.90 — 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING: € 49.90 — 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
  • FREE SHIPPING (STANDARD – NO FRESH TRUFFLE) on orders over € 249.90
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are collected directly by the courier upon delivery.
