Right of Withdrawal — Non-Perishable Products
Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, for packaged non-perishable products (truffle preserves, honey, wines, pasta, balsamic vinegar, and similar items), provided that:
- The product is still intact and sealed in its original packaging
- It has not been opened, used, or damaged
- It is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Once opened, the right of withdrawal lapses for hygiene and health protection reasons (Art. 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU).
Exception — Fresh Perishable Products
Fresh perishable products (fresh truffles, products with a short shelf life) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Art. 59(d) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Art. 16(d) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Returns are not accepted for these products, except in cases of defect or error as described below.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@spadonipregiati.com, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense, regardless of product type.
How to Start a Return
To initiate an authorised return, contact us at info@spadonipregiati.com before shipping any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. The refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
