Pure, delicate, 100% Italian. Our Acacia Honey is produced by selected Italian artisan beekeepers in full harmony with nature and the bees. Light in colour with a fluid consistency, it has a sweet and gentle flavour with elegant floral notes.

Perfect for sweetening tea or herbal infusions, spreading on fresh ricotta or soft cheeses, drizzling on yoghurt, or simply enjoyed on a piece of toasted bread.

Unlike industrial honeys, our acacia honey is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised – preserving all its natural enzymes, pollen and aromatic complexity.
