Propolis is a resinous substance produced by bees from plant buds and bark, which is then enriched and transformed within the hive. In alcoholic tincture, it is a practical and effective concentrate, with a resinous scent and a strong flavor.
Traditionally used to support the body's natural defenses and for throat health, it is also appreciated for its well-known antibacterial and soothing properties.
It can be taken pure, diluted in water, honey or herbal teas, or used for gargles and local applications.
