Artisan Linden Honey

Artisan Linden (Lime Blossom) Honey from the Marche

The honey for slow evenings.

Harvested during the brief summer flowering of the linden tree, it's instantly recognisable by scent: balsamic, minty notes, unusual for a honey, which make it one of the most aromatic in our selection. On the palate it's bold yet balanced, never cloying.

It's traditionally the honey chosen to accompany evening herbal teas and infusions, precisely because its aromatic character pairs so well with herbs. Also good with yogurt or fresh cheeses, for those seeking an alternative to more classic honeys.

A limited production, tied to a bloom that lasts just a few weeks a year in the Marche countryside.
