Artisan Linden Honey

Our Linden Honey (Miele di Tiglio) is produced in the mountain areas of northern Italy where linden (lime) trees bloom in early summer. It is one of the most aromatic and distinctive Italian honeys.

Pale straw-yellow when fresh, with a greenish tint. The characteristic flavour is fresh, slightly mentholated and delicately sweet, with a balsamic, herbal quality that lingers on the palate. Traditionally valued for its calming and digestive properties.

Perfect in herbal teas, with ricotta and fresh cheeses, or simply on warm bread in the evening.
