Artisan Ivy Honey

Ivy Honey (Miele di Edera) is one of the rarest and most sought-after honeys in Italy. Collected late in the season when ivy flowers bloom in autumn, it is available in very limited quantities.

Pale cream in colour with a firm, almost solid consistency. Its flavour is delicate and unusual: buttery, slightly warm, with subtle floral notes. An extraordinary honey for collectors and enthusiasts.

Best enjoyed spread on fresh bread or paired with soft, fresh cheeses.
