Flower Pollen

Flower Pollen is one of nature's most nutrient-dense foods: collected by bees from wild Italian flowers, it is rich in proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Our pollen is harvested by artisan Italian beekeepers using pollen traps that gently collect it without harming the hive. Dried at low temperature to preserve all its nutritional properties.

Suggested use: 1-2 teaspoons per day sprinkled on yoghurt, smoothies, muesli or fresh fruit. Also excellent mixed into honey or as a supplement during high-activity periods.
