Collection: Jams and Compotes

Artisan fruit spreads and jams from small producers, mostly by Corte Luceoli in Cantiano, in the Apennines of the Marche: lots of fruit, little sugar, no preservatives or colourings.

• Cantiano sour cherries – Corte Luceoli: pure sour cherry spread, sour cherry and pear with ginger, sour cherries in syrup
• Amarena cherries – Morello: amarena cherries in syrup and pectin-free extra jam
• Fruit spreads: white Cilento figs, wild blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, orange with caramelised peel

Try them with aged cheese, at breakfast or in tarts. The sour cherries in syrup are delicious over ice cream.
