Sour Cherry Jam "Corte Luceoli"

Made in the Marche hills of Cantiano, this jam is crafted from at least 73% wild sour cherries (visciole), sugar and lemon juice, with no preservatives or added colouring.

Deep, tangy and intensely fruity, it is delicious on toast, paired with aged cheeses, or as a filling for traditional tarts.
