Visciolì is the authentic sour cherry wine of Pergola, born from the ancient Marche tradition that combines wild sour cherries (Prunus Cerasus) with fine red wine.
The result is a unique nectar, with an intense, brilliant colour, fruity aromas and an enveloping taste that balances sweetness and freshness. It's produced in limited quantities, following recipes handed down over time, to always guarantee quality and authenticity.
Perfect as a meditation wine, it pairs beautifully with chocolate desserts, dry pastries, ice cream and aged cheeses. Served chilled, it enhances convivial moments and makes any occasion special.
