Truffle Sauce with Summer Black Truffle

A classic of Italian truffle tradition: our Truffle Sauce (Salsa Tartufata) is made with Summer Black Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini), mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and a blend of aromatic herbs, slowly cooked to develop a rich, complex flavour.

More versatile and economical than whole truffle, the salsa tartufata delivers an authentic truffle experience in a practical condiment format.

Suggested use: on crostini and bruschetta, tossed with pasta (add at the very end off heat), stirred into risotto, or as a condiment for grilled meats and poultry.
