Salfiore di Cervia BIO - Flower of Salt "Salina di Cervia"

Salfiore is the excellence of Cervia sweet salt: hand-harvested in tiny quantities from the surface of the salt pans at the very start of the season, in July. It is the true "flower of salt", fine-grained and highly soluble.

Use it raw, to finish carpaccio, raw fish and seasonal vegetables. Each pack is numbered against the total annual harvest.
