Artichoke Roses

Artichokes dressed sweet-and-sour in oil, with DOP Voghiera Garlic, produced by Cinque Sensi Srl for the "La Giardiniera di Morgan" line.

The artichokes, over 70% of the product, are dressed with parsley, mint, marjoram and a touch of chilli: a more elaborate herbaceous profile than classic giardiniere, designed to be served as a gourmet starter rather than a simple side.

Serve on a crostino, in a seafood antipasto, or alongside fresh cheeses.
