A pink grapefruit Distilled Gin from Distilleria Riviera of Bagnacavallo (Ravenna), dedicated to the Malatesta, the lords of Rimini who left a deep mark on the history and architecture of Romagna.

Pink grapefruit leads the recipe, alongside juniper, orange, lemon, angelica, cardamom, iris, ginger and coriander: a citrusy, fresh and lively profile compared to the other two gins in the collection.

On the nose, pink grapefruit and fresh citrus with floral and spicy notes; on the palate it is dry and well balanced, with a persistent, harmonious finish.

Perfect in a citrusy gin and tonic, a Gin Fizz, or a Dry Martini.
