The giardiniera that gives its name to the "La Giardiniera di Morgan" line, produced by Cinque Sensi Srl.

Carrots, fennel, red and yellow peppers and cauliflower, cut into large pieces and dressed sweet-and-sour with white wine vinegar and whole sea salt: the process is designed to keep the vegetables crunchy, not softened.

Excellent as a side for boiled meats, cold cuts, or in an Italian-style antipasto.
