A sweet-and-sour mixed vegetable giardiniera in oil, produced by Cinque Sensi Srl for the "La Giardiniera di Morgan" line.

Carrots, fennel, celery, cauliflower, red and yellow peppers and white onion are dressed sweet-and-sour with white wine vinegar and whole sea salt from Cervia, in a style designed to be rich and melting to the bite, not just crunchy.

Perfect as a side for boiled meats and roasts, or as part of a mixed antipasto.
