Giardiniera "Giovanni" — Unusual with Fruit

A sweet-and-sour giardiniera that combines vegetables and fruit, produced by Cinque Sensi Srl for the "La Giardiniera di Morgan" line.

Alongside carrots, peppers, cauliflower, fennel, celeriac and Jerusalem artichoke, there is room for pears, apples and borettane onions, softened by apple vinegar as well as white wine vinegar: a sweeter, less sharp profile than classic giardiniere.

Pair with aged cheeses, cured meats, or a mixed charcuterie board.
