Dried Porcini Mushrooms

Our dried porcini mushrooms come in two qualities:

• Special Quality: thick slices and whole pieces, selected from mature mushrooms to preserve as much aroma and texture as possible. Ideal when porcini are the star of the dish.
• Commercial Quality: smaller, less regular slices with the same woodland aroma, at a more affordable price. Perfect for sauces, fillings, soups and ragù.

Natural drying keeps the aromas of the woods intact, giving an intense scent and a bold flavour, ideal for enhancing your gourmet dishes.

Perfect for risottos, tagliatelle, soups or meat dishes, they add an elegant, refined touch to your cooking.
Simply soak them in lukewarm water for 20-30 minutes and add them to your favourite recipes for an authentic, unmistakable flavour.
