Our Special Quality Dried Porcini Mushrooms are carefully selected to include only whole, premium slices free from defects. Dried at low temperature to preserve the full intensity of their characteristic woody, earthy aroma.

Italian porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) are among the most prized culinary ingredients in the world, and this selection represents the highest quality grade available.

Suggested use: rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes, then use in risotto, pasta sauces, soups or as a side dish. The soaking water, filtered, is an excellent flavour base.
