Cheese with Summer Black Truffle

A delightful union of artisan Italian cheese and Summer Black Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittadini). The truffle is incorporated directly into the cheese during production, creating an intensely flavoured, aromatic product with a creamy texture and persistent truffle aroma.

Excellent on a cheese board, in sandwiches or melted over pasta and polenta. Pairs beautifully with honey, jams and full-bodied red wines.
