Truffle Fettuccine "Luna Nuova"

Our Truffle Fettuccine are the result of a collaboration between Luna Nuova and master pasta makers from the Marche: hand-worked egg pasta with 2% summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), bringing the aroma of fresh truffle to every forkful.

Just 3 minutes to cook: simply toss with butter and a grating of fresh truffle, to bring out all its aroma without masking it.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs (27%), soft wheat flour, truffle 2% (Tuber Aestivum), flavouring.
