Raggiola is a cultivar widespread in the Marche-Romagna hinterland, giving oils with a medium fruitiness and a well-recognisable bitter and spicy note. "Elisa" isolates this variety for those who want an extra virgin oil with a clear-cut profile, not a blend.

Try it on a simple bruschetta, vegetable soups, or a grilled steak.
