Azienda Agricola Il Lorese of Loro Piceno prepares these biscuits with a rich base of butter and icing sugar, fresh eggs and cocoa powder (3.5%), scented with natural vanilla and orange. Compared to the ring biscuits, this is the line's most "pastry-shop" recipe, with a more crumbly, buttery texture.
