A spreadable cream made from olives and almonds, produced by the Bigucci Oil Mill of San Giovanni in Marignano.

The almonds add roundness and sweetness to the typically bitter note of the olives, in a texture designed to be spread, not just used as a condiment.

Perfect on crostini, as a base for a quick bruschetta, or to enrich a cheese board.
