This Extra Sour Cherry Jam is made exclusively from Cantiano visciole – the prized sour cherry variety cultivated by Az. Agricola Gentilini in the Marche hills near Cantiano.

Slow-cooked with a high fruit content to preserve all the intensity and natural sweetness of this exceptional local variety. Deep ruby-red, with a vibrant sweet-tart flavour.
