Black Truffle Condiment

A Balsamic Vinegar of Modena condiment with natural black truffle flavouring, from Acetaia Malpighi, which exports its production to about 70 countries worldwide.

The base is the same as Saporoso — cooked grape must and 20% Balsamic Vinegar of Modena — to which a natural black truffle flavouring is added, for a darker, more intense condiment than the white truffle version.

Excellent on red meats, fried eggs, or a Parmesan risotto.
