Orange Condiment

A condiment made from acetified white grape must and concentrated orange juice, from Acetaia Malpighi of Modena.

Unlike the dark condiments in the line, this one is based on a white, orange-flavoured base: sweet, fruity, without the dark note of cooked must.

Try it on fish carpaccio, salads with fennel and citrus, or almond desserts.
