Orange Condiment

A condiment made from acetified white grape must and concentrated orange juice, from Acetaia Malpighi in Modena.

Unlike the dark condiments in the range, this one is built on a white base flavoured with orange: sweet and fruity, without the dark note of cooked must.

Try it on fish carpaccio, fennel and citrus salads or almond desserts.
