Ciocco Viscioli is born from the encounter between the Marche tradition of Visciolata di Pergola and the refinement of fine cocoa. From the harvest of wild sour cherries (Prunus Cerasus), an aromatic and intense nectar is obtained, prepared according to the ancient recipe that infuses the fruit in fine red wine.
