CioccoVisciolì "Az. Agricola Gentilini"

CioccoVisciolì is the creative union of two great artisan traditions: the dark chocolate of master chocolatiers and the Cantiano sour cherry (visciola), the prized local variety cultivated by Az. Agricola Gentilini in the hills of Marche.

Each piece encloses a whole sour cherry macerated in spirit, wrapped in a layer of intense dark chocolate. The result is a sophisticated contrast of bitter chocolate and sweet-tart cherry.
