Blend Pecci

The 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil blend from Oleificio Pecci of Morciano di Romagna, made from olives harvested early, ahead of full ripeness.

Early harvesting, when the olives are still green or just turning colour, reduces the yield but concentrates the polyphenols, the olive's natural antioxidants: the result is an oil with an intense green colour, more fruity, bitter and spicy than an extra virgin oil from a late harvest.

An oil to use mainly raw, where these notes are best appreciated: on legume soups, bruschetta, grilled meats.
