IPAtaca IPA – La Birra del Bagnino

The name plays on the Romagna expression "'ttaca!", a direct invitation to dig in without thinking twice — the same spirit in which this IPA should be drunk.

Produced in the hills of Rimini by La Birra del Bagnino, with labels illustrated by Rimini artist Giuliano Maroncelli, IPAtaca carries a beach-life scene on its label, consistent with the brand's spirit.

The colour is golden; the nose opens with resinous, citrusy aromas typical of American hops. On the palate, malt and hops balance in a dry finish, with a decisive but never out-of-control bitterness. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, no preservatives.

Excellent as an aperitif, paired with a piadina with cured meats. Serve chilled, at 4-6°C.
