Bota zò! Bionda – La Birra del Bagnino

The label is a watercolour by Rimini artist Giuliano Maroncelli, who illustrated the whole range with scenes of the Romagna beach.

La Birra del Bagnino was born in the gentle hills of Rimini to reach the beaches of the riviera, with the idea of tying an artisanal product to the territory and to the direct, genuine character of the people of Romagna.

Bota zò! is a blonde beer with a straw-yellow colour, with a compact, creamy foam. Pils malt gives elegant cereal notes, accompanied by discreet herbaceous shades from noble German hops. The finish is dry and thirst-quenching, unfiltered and unpasteurised, with no preservatives.

Excellent as an aperitif, with fried fish and vegetables, grilled fish, cheese and cured meat boards, piadina with squacquerone and rocket, or simply with pizza. Serve chilled, at 4-6°C.
