Angelo all'Arancia

A blend of extra virgin olive oils pressed together with oranges by the Marcolini oil mill of Villa Betti, in Pesaro, active since 1896.

The oranges are crushed together with the olives to create a condiment that smells of citrus from the moment the bottle is opened, with no added flavourings. The colour is golden with amber highlights, the taste soft with a note of orange peel that lingers on the finish.

Excellent raw on fish carpaccio, fennel and orange salads, or on a slice of homemade ring cake.
