Angelo with Chilli

A condiment made from 94% extra virgin olive oil and 6% chilli, produced by the Marcolini mill in Villa Betti, Pesaro.

The chilli percentage is designed to give a decided heat without masking the taste of the oil underneath: first you taste the fruitiness of the extra virgin oil, then the warmth of the chilli on the aftertaste.

Ideal on bruschetta, fried eggs, legume soups or a pizza fresh out of the oven.
