Angelo al Peperoncino

A condiment made from 94% extra virgin olive oil and 6% chilli pepper, produced by the Marcolini oil mill of Villa Betti, in Pesaro.

The chilli percentage is designed to give a decisive heat without covering the taste of the oil underneath: you first taste the fruitiness of the extra virgin oil, then the warmth of the chilli on the aftertaste.

Ideal on bruschetta, fried eggs, legume soups, or a freshly baked pizza.
