Extra virgin olive oil and lemons crushed together by the Marcolini oil mill of Villa Betti, in Pesaro, since 1896.
The result is a bright green condiment with an intense lemon peel aroma and a fresh, savoury taste, without sharp acidity, because the aroma comes from crushing, not from a later infusion.
Perfect on grilled fish, steamed vegetables, or simply on a slice of toasted bread.
