Sour Cherry Grappa – Artisan Distillate "Az. Agricola Gentilini"

Az. Agricola Gentilini, nestled in the hills of Marche, has been producing artisan distillates for generations. This Sour Cherry Grappa (Acquavite di Visciole) is obtained by distilling fermented sour cherries, preserving all the intense fruity aroma of this precious local variety.

The result is a distillate with a bright ruby colour, a rich bouquet of cherry and spice, and a smooth, lingering finish.

Serving suggestion: serve chilled (6-8°C) as a digestif, or pair with dark chocolate and matured cheeses.
