Sour Cherry Grappa – Artisan Distillate "Az. Agricola Gentilini"

Acquavite di Visciole is a rare, precious distillate, obtained from the fermentation and subsequent distillation of wild visciola cherries (Prunus Cerasus), small cherries with an intense aroma and an aromatic flavour.

Made in an artisan way and in limited quantities, this eau-de-vie releases an elegant bouquet, in which the fruity notes of the visciola cherry intertwine with the crystalline purity of the distillate.

Perfect enjoyed neat at the end of a meal, it also works beautifully alongside chocolate desserts or as an exclusive ingredient in refined cocktails.
