Little Fish with Cervia Salt – Acervi

Unlike the rest of the Acervi line, here the shape is not the pyramid recalling salt mounds, but a little fish — a playful nod to the sea bordering the Cervia salt works.

Produced in Savio di Cervia, the Pesciolini follow the most essential recipe in the whole range: no cocoa, almonds or fruit, just the base dough enriched with vanilla and a pinch of Sale dolce di Cervia® (Cervia sweet salt), the whole salt from the local salt pans, washed only with mother liquor and left to air-dry.

The result is a simple, crumbly biscuit, with a delicate vanilla taste, designed to be enjoyed by adults and children alike, without the bolder character of the other Acervi flavours.

Excellent for breakfast, as a snack, or simply nibbled throughout the day.
