Acervi with Cervia Salt
The name and pyramid shape recall the salt mounds of the Cervia salt works: in the Middle Ages the area around the salt pans was called precisely "degli Acervi" (Salis Acervi), and it is from there that the town itself takes its name.
Produced in Savio di Cervia, these biscuits all share the same distinctive ingredient: a pinch of Sale dolce di Cervia® (Cervia sweet salt), whole salt harvested from the local salt pans, washed only with mother liquor and left to air-dry without industrial treatments. The resulting sweet-salty contrast is the signature of the entire line.
Available in 6 flavours, each with a different character:
- Pistachio – with pistachios from Bronte, on the slopes of Etna
- Almond – almond flour and cane sugar, with a full, slightly bitter taste
- Cocoa – the line's most essential flavour, just cocoa and a pinch of salt
- Cocoa and Almond – the two most structured flavours united in a single biscuit
- Pink Flamingo – naturally coloured with sour cherry; 10% of proceeds go to associations against violence against women
- Multicolor – the assortment with cocoa, pistachio and sour cherry in the same pack
Excellent with coffee, in a sweet aperitif, or at the end of a meal.
