Nosiola "Pojer e Sandri"

Pojer e Sandri is one of Trentino's most innovative and respected wine estates, and their Nosiola is a benchmark for this indigenous, almost extinct variety.

Nosiola takes its name from the Italian word for hazelnut (nocciola), and indeed the wine has a characteristic hazelnut note alongside fresh green apple, white flowers and subtle mineral character. Dry, crisp and medium-bodied with a clean, fragrant finish.

Food pairing: freshwater fish, mountain cheeses, light pasta dishes and vegetable antipasti.
