Lagrein “Di Ora in Ora” is born in Ora, from vineyards located on the alluvial cone of the Rio Nero, where stony soils ensure optimal ripening even in the rainiest vintages. A historic variety of Alto Adige, Lagrein finds here an ideal habitat to express both freshness and complexity.
Vinified with fermentation and maceration lasting about 10 days, it matures for 12 months between large oak casks and barriques, followed by refinement in stainless steel and bottle aging in the cellar.
With its intense ruby red color, it offers aromas of blackberry and wild berries, while on the palate it reveals a rich sip, with dense yet elegant tannins and a freshness that defines its character.
A wine of body and personality, ideal with braised meats, game, and aged cheeses.
