Damarino 2024 – Donnafugata
Damarino 2024 is a fresh and fragrant white wine produced from native Sicilian varieties (Ansonica, Grecanico, Lucido, and Grillo) at the Contessa Entellina Estate, in the heart of southwestern Sicily.
Pale straw-yellow in color, it offers delicate aromas of citrus fruits, white peach, and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and marked by a smooth, pleasant finish.
Beyond its Mediterranean character and immediate appeal, this wine also represents a sustainability project: it was the first in the world to introduce the Nomacorc Ocean closure, made with regenerated plastic collected along coastal areas.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes.
