Rosé Champagne "Ruinart"

Ruinart, founded in 1729, is the oldest Champagne house in the world. Their Rosé is a masterpiece of elegance: a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with 15-20% still red Pinot Noir wine, giving it a beautiful salmon-pink colour.

Expressive aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry and cream, with a lively mousse and a long, mineral finish.

Serving: at 9°C as an aperitif or with seafood, light truffle dishes and fruit-based desserts.
