Here Bianchello is blended with Verdicchio in a cuvée that the winery presents as the signature of its \"Guerriero\" line.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright golden colour, a clear aroma of white peach and aromatic herbs, enriched by notes of vanilla and citrus from ageing in French barriques. Yield in the vineyard is kept low, with a late harvest and manual selection of the bunches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePairs well with seafood, white meats and cheeses, but also with truffle-based dishes.
