The distillery is the project of Enrico Venturini, who at 14 started distilling with his grandfather's small still, a local grape grower: today he is the first producer in Emilia-Romagna to work exclusively with Romagna grape varieties, putting the same artisanal care into every stage, from pomace selection to processing times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is an aromatic grappa, soft on the palate, with intense notes of dried figs and raisins that directly recall the drying of the starting grapes.
