Casal di Serra is born from the selection of the best grapes of the Montecarotto vineyard, expanded over time with additional plots. Vines aged 8 to 30 years, clay and limestone soils, between 200 and 350 metres of altitude, farmed organically.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHand-harvested in early October, fermented in temperature-controlled steel for 10-15 days, about 5 months of ageing in steel. Straw-yellow with golden highlights, a floral nose with yellow fruit, peach, apricot, golden apple, honey and ginger; a full, savoury, fresh palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePairs well with both fish, baked or grilled, and a roast of white meat; also good alongside a still-fresh cheese.
