For about forty years, the brothers Pietro, Giulio and Franco Rocca have divided their time between vineyard, cellar and sales, tending around 14 hectares scattered across the hills of the Langhe, including some plots in the renowned Montestefano and Montefico areas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe style is declaredly traditionalist: spontaneous fermentation in steel, 15-20 days of skin maceration, and ageing in large oak casks. The result is a pure Nebbiolo with a bright garnet-red colour, a nose that turns toward small red fruits, blood orange, wild mint, white pepper and a mineral note of chalk.
